This course will help you operate your business in a professional manner, whilst complying with the Health and Social Care Standards, and understanding your legal responsibilities as a business owner. It will explain contracts, fees, the importance of good record management, how to gather feedback and how best to communicate with service users.

The aim of this course is to guide you in operating a small business, and help you provide a professional approach to your service. 

We will cover the essential areas of contracts, communication, charging and payments, and explain how running your business will be easier in both the short and long term by keeping arrangements.
